Strengthening the Aura and the Self

Everyone can relate to this – you’re sluggish, have been extending yourself well beyond your capacity and now you’re just drained. In finding myself in this situation, I began looking up things online. I have dozens of books that probably have more direct information, but I am literally so drained that I can barely remember how to use an index.

Your aura is simply an extension of you.   When strong it acts as a protective shield.  When fragile or damaged it can leave you drained, unwell and feeling disconnected from yourself.

Think of your aura as your own personal body guard (in the form of a giant bubble) that simply “flicks off” anything stressful, disturbing or potentially draining that you may be sensitive too.
